From identity intelligence to agentic data orchestration
Clear Fracture's story began in 2015 in the field of digital identity intelligence, when our team pioneered methods for connecting and understanding identities across fragmented networks. By 2016, that technology powered real-time insight within the U.S. government, accelerating national-security decisions.
Following an acquisition by FedData Holdings in 2019, the platform evolved into Revelare™, a trusted identity-intelligence platform supporting defense and intelligence missions.
In 2024, a new investment group launched Clear Fracture as a dedicated company focused on transforming data integration through agentic automation. Under the leadership of President Nancy Dillman, COO Gavin Allison, and CTO Brian Frutchey, the company advanced its mission to eliminate manual data work, reduce schema drift, and accelerate time-to-insight across hybrid and on-prem environments.
In 2025, Clear Fracture introduced Belvedere™, its flagship agentic data orchestration platform, and became one of the first AI automation solutions accredited for secure deployment on AWS and the AWS Intelligence Community Marketplace (ICMP) — bringing audit-ready, configuration-only automation to federal and enterprise customers alike.
